Two Can Travel is always accepting Guest Posts from travelers, travel bloggers or independent travel writers seeking to further their portfolio.
We would be happy to consider an article from yourself should you fall into one of these categories.
Should you be contacting us on behalf of a client or company, check out our Advertising and Brand Partnership page.
These are the topics we are most interested in for Guest Posts right now, however we are open to other ideas:
City Guide Series: Advice/recommendations/insider tips about a place in Asia you have lived in or traveled to regularly that you know well. We prefer that you have been there within the past 6 months as change happens constantly in Asia! We are especially interested in Chiang Mai, Manila, Vientiane, Seoul and Jakarta, but welcome any cities you have experience in. Here is an example of a Guest Post about Taipei from long-time expat Nick Kembel.
Work Interview: We are featuring people who have worked in different countries in Asia doing any type of job. Whether you have worked as a teacher, for a business, or just had an odd job along the way, good/bad or ugly, our readers can benefit from hearing about your experience. (We will supply questions and the article will be in the form of an interview with flexibility for you to change or add questions.)
Funny story: If you have a ridiculous/interesting/humorous story to share about your experiences working, living or traveling in Asia, we’d love to hear and share it!
Encouragement/Inspiration: An article motivating or encouraging others to travel, work or live in Asia.
We want to give our readers the very best information, advice and encouragement to pursue their desired lifestyle.
To submit a Guest Post proposal:
- Email a short description of what you would like to write about to Jen at email@example.com. All topics relating to travel and expat life in Asia will be considered.
Before you send your proposal, please consider the following:
- Post must be original content and cannot be a duplicate post from your own site.
- Please send us the best content you have to offer. Since we’ll be linking to your website in the post and on social media, this is the best way you can ensure our readers will check it out!
- Unfortunately we can’t accept every proposal, but please don’t take it personally. It has nothing to do with your content being bad, it just may not be the right fit for our blog.
How we’ll promote your post:
Guest posting is a two-way street. We should both promote the post on our websites and social media channels to ensure maximum exposure and to attract new viewers. This includes Twitter, Facebook, Google+, etc.
Feel free to contact us if you have any further questions.
Again, businesses interested in Advertising or Brand Partnership, please head over here.
